Job summary

Popeyes is hiring team members to join a high-energy, guest-focused crew at our Texas location. As a Popeyes Team Member, you will help prepare and serve hot, fresh food in a clean environment and provide the signature Cajun hospitality our guests expect.

Positions include Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, and Backline Prep. We value reliability, teamwork, and strong communication, with opportunities for advancement and paid training.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in QSR industry.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Availability for evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification preferred.
• Strong team leadership and conflict resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests hot and fresh food in a clean, safe, friendly, fast manner.
• Deliver food to guests that is cooked with care and served with hospitality.
