Crew Member-Commercial Grounds Maintenance

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Crew Leaders with landscape grounds management services.
• Dig, plant, rake, water, and clean landscapes.
• Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials.
• Collect company-owned equipment and tools at day's end.
• Assist in other divisions such as installation or floriculture as needed.
• Help with snow removal during winter months.

Landscaping Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of landscape management.
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely.
• Use hand tools like weed eaters, edgers, chainsaws, and hedge trimmers.

Equipment Operation

• Operate push mowers, zero-turn mowers, tillers, aerators, and seeders.

Expectations

• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be punctual and dependable.
• Follow company uniform, PPE, and safety policies.

Pay and Benefits

• $15 - $19 hourly wage.
