Lava Island is seeking a friendly, energetic Crew Member to join our indoor play oasis in Aurora. You’ll welcome families, supervise play areas, help run birthday celebrations, and assist in the cafe while keeping spaces clean and stocked.

We offer part-time and full-time hours with evenings and weekends common, and daytime shifts for open availability. Starting at $15.16 per hour, this active role requires energy, reliability, and a willingness to contribute to unforgettable family experiences

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Background check required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
