Lava Island in Aurora, CO is hiring a Crew Member for a high-energy indoor play space. This role can be part-time or full-time with evening and weekend shifts common.

You’ll greet families at check-in, supervise play areas, help run birthday parties and the cafe, and keep spaces clean and stocked. You’ll bring positive energy and reliability, and growth steps include Crew Specialist and Crew Lead.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Employment Type: Part Time or Full-Time


• Availability: Most shifts happen on evenings and weekends, but we also have daytime hours available for team members with open availability.

• Compensation: $15.50 per hour


• Location: 452 Sable Blvd, Suite A, Aurora, CO
