Job summary

Sky Zone Willow Point is looking for a part-time Crew Member to join Operations. You will work across multiple stations, delivering a safe, engaging guest experience and learning core park operations, safety, teamwork, and accountability.

Crew Members may be assigned to one or more stations (Court Monitor, Greeter, Party Host/Coordinator, Café FOH/BOH, Front Desk) and must demonstrate reliability and a positive attitude while aligning with Sky Zone’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

This role is designed to provide exposure to core areas of park operations while building foundational workplace skills in guest service, safety, teamwork, and accountability.Crew Members may be assigned to one or more stations based on business needs.
