Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Crew Member at our park location. You will be a frontline team member, delivering a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple operational stations while upholding safety and park standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with guest flow, enforcing rules, processing basic POS transactions, and helping with parties or events during busy periods. A reliable, coachable attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
