Job summary

Sky Zone in Lakeland, FL, is seeking part-time Crew Members for the Operations team to deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple stations. You may rotate through Court Monitor, Greeter, Party Host, Café FOH/BOH, Front Desk, and more while upholding safety and service standards.

Ideal candidates are 16+, able to work evenings and weekends, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Prior guest service experience is a plus but not required.

This role is designed to provide exposure to core areas of park operations while building foundational workplace skills in guest service, safety, teamwork, and accountability.Crew Members may be assigned to one or more stations based on business needs.
