Job Summary

The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs their job responsibilities to ensure high-quality products and customer satisfaction.

Performance Results

• Serves customers according to the HOT-N-READY Promise
• Prepares high-quality products consistently following Little Caesars recipes, specifications, and procedures as described in the CARDS materials and station helpers
• Displays proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by management
• Cleans and organizes work stations to maintain restaurant standards
• Practices safety and security procedures as defined in company policies and government regulations
• Follows policies, procedures, and standards of conduct outlined in the Handbook and as directed by management

Nature & Scope

The Crew Member receives direction from management and training materials to perform their job effectively. They must be proficient at each station and able to work at different stations as needed. Cooperation with team members and management is essential. The position involves physical work such as lifting, squatting, and standing for long periods. Work hours are scheduled based on business needs.

Task Analysis

This role requires physical abilities including:

• Lifting and moving up to 55 pounds
• Reaching and moving items from high to low
• Using equipment safely and correctly (e.g., sheeter machine, mixers, knives, etc.)
• Working outside with a sign (must be 18+)
• Applying pressure for cutting and cleaning
• Counting, weighing, and separating food and inventory
• Effective communication with customers and coworkers
• Understanding instructions and processing customer orders

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Dependable, hardworking, able to handle pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to follow directions and perform essential job functions
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
