What you’ll do

Crew members provide a level of customer service that exceeds our customer’s expectations. This includes making and serving great tasting products in a friendly and courteous environment every single day. We want our customers to feel like a guest in our restaurant.

• Work well in a team environment to get things done.
• Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome.
• Need to be able to multi-task and take initiative to do things before being told what to do.
• Understand what is takes to get the job done right.
• Learn from experience as well as from those who have experience.

What you can expect

• Flexible hours that meet your needs.
• Crew referral program - any existing crew person get $50 if they refer someone that refers another crew person who averages 20 hours/week and stays for 90 days.
• After 5 years of service, crew receive an extra week’s pay on their anniversary date.
• Medical insurance available after 90 days.
• Free employee meals up to $5 per shift.
• 401K with company match after 1 year of service.
