Responsibilities : Crew Members perform essential duties in various areas within the restaurant, including the cash register, grill, dressing station, fry station, lobby, and morning prep area. They provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to ensure an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities will be discussed during the interview and/or orientation.

Schedule :

• Available to work days and nights
• Weekends and holidays
• Variable schedule based on business needs

Qualifications :

• Must be 16+ years of age
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50+ pounds for up to 8 hours with scheduled breaks
• Ability to function in a fast-paced and noisy environment

• Basic English literacy (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to operate basic computer systems (e.g., cash register)
• Visual acuity including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules as needed
• Compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Fast casual / fast food experience preferred but not required
