Job summary

Arizona Foundation Solutions is seeking full-time Construction Crew Members to support residential and commercial foundation repair projects in Tempe, AZ. You will perform physical work in trenches and crawlspaces, load and organize materials, and operate hand and power tools safely.

We value reliable, hard-working individuals who follow procedures, lift 50–100 lbs regularly, and communicate effectively with customers and teammates. Construction experience is a plus; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and capable of following procedures.
• Ability to work in a structured, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs semi frequently.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.

The pay range for this role is:

17 - 18 USD per hour (3125 S 52nd St, Tempe, AZ 85282)
