Job summary

Pacific Landscape Management is seeking a dependable Crew Member - Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties. This role includes mowing, edging, pruning, weeds, fertilizing, and general clean-up. No prior experience required; training will be provided.

As a full-time position, you will work outdoors on outdoor sites, follow safety protocols, and wear PPE. The team offers benefits such as PTO, health coverage, retirement plan, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Lift/move 10–50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
• Flexible availability for various schedules, including 4/10 shifts, Monday-Friday 8-5, or occasional weekends.
