Hawaiian Bros Island Grill in Blue Springs, MO is hiring as an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member to deliver warm, attentive service and share the Aloha spirit with every guest.

You’ll be cross-trained to work in multiple positions, from cashier to kitchen and drive-thru, while contributing to a fun, community-minded team. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha.
• Provide exceptional customer service and listen to guest needs.
• Offer personalized recommendations to enhance each visit.
• Contribute to a positive, harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates.
• Participate in community initiatives and team events.
• Collaborate with the team to keep operations smooth, clean, and guest-focused.
• Roles may include Cashier, Dining Room Attendant, Runners, Drive-Thru, and Parking Lot Director.
• Utility roles may include Dish, Service Line, Food Prep, Bagger, and Cook.

• Service roles may include (but are not limited to): Cashier, Dining Room Attendant, Indoor & Outdoor Runners, Drive-Thru (Indoor & Outdoor) and Parking Lot Director
• Utility roles may include (but are not limited to): Dish, Dole Whip,Service Line, Food Prep, Linebacker,Bagger and Cook– responsible for preparing high quality food in a safe manner, and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination.
