Base pay range

$11.00/hr - $11.00/hr

Now Hiring for Nacogdoches/O'Connor Jersey Mike's (Located in Nacogdoches Village). We are hiring team members and Shift Leads for full-time and part-time positions. Previous Jersey Mike's or Deli-type restaurant experience is highly desired.

We seek individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy a fast-paced environment with customer interaction. Opportunities for advancement and leadership roles are available as we expand.

Pay includes $11/hour plus tips sharing an average of $3.00-$4.25/hr, with tips guaranteed at $2.50/hr. Total hourly pay ranges from $13.50 to $17/hour, and shift lead pay ranges from $16.00 to $19/hour, including tips.
