We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John's!

Real people serving awesome sandwiches quickly, with a goal of delivering to customers in under 12 minutes!

Inshop Crew Members are responsible for making fast and accurate sandwiches, taking phone orders, maintaining cleanliness, assisting in prep work, and completing various tasks inside the restaurant.

We have a fast-paced environment with upbeat managers, and we focus on fun and excellent customer service!

Memorizing the menu is just the beginning of learning about and representing our Freaky Fresh Freaky Fast product!

Requirements :

• Ensure customer product and service standards are met
• Promote teamwork within the store
• Deliver an exceptional customer and store experience
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
• Maintain quality store operations
• Keep the store and equipment clean
• Follow all food safety and security guidelines
• Operate cash register and handle transactions according to policies

Must have daytime availability and be able to work during high-volume lunch hours!

Additional Requirements :

• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly during shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures from 40°F to -10°F
