Job summary

Dunkin' in Bucks County is seeking friendly Crew Members to join our fast‑paced team. You’ll deliver fast, courteous service, take orders, handle payments, and prepare beverages and food to brand standards while keeping the dining area clean and inviting.

You’ll work with a supportive team in a high‑energy environment that rewards reliability and growth. Fluency in English, basic math for cash handling, and a guest‑focused attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow brand standards, recipes, and food safety procedures

• Take orders and handle payments at the front counter or drive‑thru
• Deliver outstanding guest service with a positive attitude
• Keep workstations, equipment, and guest areas clean and organized
• Stock and organize inventory and refrigerated areas
• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates
