Job summary

Dunkin' Franchise is hiring Crew Members in the Lansdowne area to deliver fast, friendly service and great guest experiences across front-counter, takeout, and drive-thru settings.

You’ll follow brand standards, assist with food and beverage prep, handle payments, and keep work areas clean. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and opportunities to grow within the franchise network.

Responsibilities

• Follow brand standards, recipes, and food safety procedures.
• Prepare food and beverages quickly and accurately.
• Assemble and package orders for dine-in, takeout, and drive-thru guests.
• Take orders and handle payments at the front counter or drive-thru (as applicable).
• Deliver outstanding guest service with a positive attitude.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and guest areas clean and organized.
• Stock and organize inventory and refrigerated areas.
• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates.
