Job summary

Edible Arrangements in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking a Fruit Expert and Designer who creates mouthwatering fruit arrangements, dips fruit boxes, and cuts fruit following our standards. You will deliver the Edible Experience with prompt service and product knowledge.

Join a fast-paced team, provide excellent customer service, and maintain sanitation and quality while learning all aspects of the role in a collaborative store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/bend/reach/scoop during shift.

Responsibilities

• Build arrangements according to brand standards.
• Prepare arrangements per customers' orders or supervisors' instructions.
• Wash, peel and cut fruit for arranging.
• Package arrangements or dipped fruit.
• Perform cleaning tasks and maintain a clean workstation.
• Clean work areas, equipment, utensils and dishes.
• Remove trash and empty waste containers.
• Follow proper food sanitation and handling procedures.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and quality standards.
• Welcome and connect with customers to provide excellent service.
• Identify customer needs and suggest products to enhance the experience.
• Use sales approaches to convert inquiries into sales.
• Build relationships and customer loyalty.
• Respond calmly to difficult situations.

Who we’re looking for:

The Fruit Expert® - Customer Service & Production Associate is responsible

for creating the mouthwatering arrangements, dipped fruit boxes, and cut fruit

for Edible® treat products, following proper operational procedures. He or she

also ensures Edible® service standards are met and surpassed by providing

customers with prompt service, delivering a WOW experience.

How you’ll make an impact:
