Team Members train in Front of House and Back of House, with placement to a defined role after training to best fit skills and restaurant needs, including cashier/runner, drive-thru, expo, and cook.

A Team Member will train in various positions in Front of House and Back of House and have the ability to fill in at any position. After training, your manager will place you in a more defined position that best suits your skills and abilities as well as the needs of the restaurant.

Within 6 years we crossed the state line, and in 4 more years opened our first franchise location. 4 years after that, Slim Chickens went international, and just 2 years later we celebrated Store #100, opening in Little Rock, Arkansas on December 17, 2019. To top that growth curve, Slim opened Store #200 just before Christmas 2022. It’s just as exhilarating as day one!
