Job summary

Tillotson Enterprises Inc. is seeking dedicated team members to join our roofing crew, applying a variety of spray applications to different roof types and learning on the job.

No prior experience is required, but a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, climb a ladder, and a willingness to learn are essential. We offer full-time hours, overtime opportunities, a signing bonus, insurance, retirement, PTO, holiday pay, profit sharing, and an employee-owned company culture.

• Willing to submit drug test prior to employment
• No experience required, but must be willing to learn

• On the Job training
• Clean/Well organized

• Ability to climb a ladder
• Work independently and be a team player
• Ability to work in a variety of waterh conditions - heat/cold
• Willing to work two Saturdays a month during production season
