Job description

The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs their job responsibilities to ensure all products are of high quality and customer satisfaction is achieved.

The Crew Member receives guidance from the restaurant management team and Little Caesars training materials to perform their duties effectively. They practice established procedures and utilize proper tools for taking and preparing customer orders. Proficiency at each of the Pizza Pride Production System stations is required, with the ability to work at different stations as needed.

The duties described are not exhaustive; additional tasks may be assigned, and the scope of the job may change based on business needs. Crew Members should discuss responsibilities with the Owner or designee, who will review essential job functions that impact the restaurant's success.
