Responsibilities

1. Build strong relationships with co-workers and managers to create a fun, positive environment for learning and teamwork.
2. Impress guests by providing warm, friendly interactions, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring they leave satisfied.
3. Keep orders moving efficiently by accurately recording orders, working as a team to prepare food, and following manager instructions.
4. Prioritize safety by following and maintaining Zaxby's and DND Group standards and policies.
5. Maintain a tidy environment, showcasing attention to detail and effective cleaning practices.
6. Present a neat and polished appearance, including appropriate uniform standards.

Skills/Qualifications

1. Ability to work in different temperature ranges, stand for long periods, handle possible allergens, and lift up to 50 pounds.
2. Positivity, eagerness to learn, a friendly disposition, and teamwork skills are essential.
3. Basic math and reading skills, along with the ability to follow directions.
