Summary

The Crew Member is responsible for performing duties within a fast food establishment, including cleaning, operating fryers & microwaves, assisting in food prep, maintaining inventory, and other tasks as directed by management. This is a non-exempt position.

Essential Functions

• Clean and stock customer areas, workstations, and equipment
• Greet customers with a friendly manner and follow customer service policies
• Maintain knowledge of products and services
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• Assist with kitchen-related functions as needed
• Receive inventory, move and lift food, beverages, and supplies

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, And Work Environment

• Ability to interact positively with the public and coworkers
• Physical ability to bend, twist, and stand for job functions
• Ability to read, understand instructions, and communicate effectively
• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred
