Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Summary of Position: The Civil Construction Crew Member receives oral and/or written directions from the foreman and is expected to work in all weather conditions. This position involves working with heavy machinery to clear trees, excavate holes, pour concrete, and build roads. Patriot Towers provides on-the-job training. The position requires travel Monday-Friday, with weekends home.

Compensation: $20-$24 based on experience. Weekly per diem checks are issued where room and board are applicable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lifts and loads equipment onto company vehicles.
• Ensures safety standards are always met.
• Works cooperatively with the foreman and crew members.
• Completes work to high-quality standards.

Qualifications/General Requirements

• Education / Experience: Outdoor construction experience preferred.
• Basic Abilities: Ability to use common sense and solve problems independently.
• Physical Demands: Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs independently, and up to 100 lbs with assistance. Capable of standing, crawling, crouching, reaching, and walking for extended periods. Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Other: Must have and maintain a clean driver’s license; CDL is a plus.

Special Note: This is a Monday-Friday traveling position. Home on weekends.
