Work Environment & Physical Demands

Food preparation and customer service experience are preferred, ideally in food service, restaurant, grocery, or retail settings. The work involves medium physical demands, including walking, standing (up to 4 hours without a break), repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, and lifting (average weight 5–15 pounds, rarely exceeding 40 pounds). Expect moderate to high upper extremity repetition and trunk movements involving twisting and bending. The environment is indoors, with exposure to cold temperatures (33–55°F) and hot equipment (>135°F). Basic tools include ovens, slicers, proofers, and standard kitchen utensils. You may be exposed to allergens.
