Responsibilities include assembling and presenting treat orders, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining all customer areas in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner, following restaurant safety and health standards.

Management Staff and Shift Leaders

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move cases of food, paper products, or cleaning supplies up to 10 times per shift.
• Work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume restaurant, responding quickly to customer needs.
• Stand for long periods, move quickly within the customer service area, and work in various temperature ranges.
• Read order monitors, recall product contents, and follow established food handling procedures.
• Interact positively with the public and co-workers, maintaining good manners and personal hygiene.
• Handle messy situations and clean up appropriately.

Function

• Communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct orders are served.
• Prepare treat products following safety and health standards efficiently.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely.
• Work as part of a team to ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and value.
• Clean and organize the work area, stock items, and manage product rotation.
• Perform cleaning tasks, including washing counters, restrooms, and trash removal.
