Position: Crew Member - TICE Chicken Holdings

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for Popeyes, is hiring immediately in Alabama! As a Crew Member, your role involves serving guests courteously, preparing and cooking food, and packaging orders accurately and efficiently. All tasks must adhere to the Operating Standards Manual, completed in a timely, clean, and organized manner, focusing on customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

• Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, promote positivity, and greet with a sincere smile.
• Strive for efficiency to meet speed and accuracy standards.
• Fill orders accurately within service time limits.
• Handle customer payments, give correct change.
• Deliver orders, thank customers, and invite return visits.
• Manage cash drawer responsibly, count at shift start/end, and follow security procedures.
• Report any issues or problems to management promptly.
• Address customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness in parking lot, exterior trash, and dining areas.
• Keep Drive-Thru menu board clean and updated.
• Ensure sanitation of dining lobby, service area, and restrooms.
