Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Crew Member to provide excellent guest service while executing standard operating procedures. You may be trained in raw ingredient prep, menu item prep, and guest service, depending on experience and availability.

Daily duties include pizza and dough preparation, routine cleaning, dishwashing, order taking, and cashier responsibilities. A team environment is emphasized with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and assist in food preparation and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items as trained and directed.
• Assist with dough and pizza preparation and routine kitchen duties.
• Handle order taking, cashier duties, and maintain clean workstations.

Job description

A Crew member is responsible for providing excellent guest service while executing operation and service standards of the Company. Depending on experience, availability and desire, a crew member will be trained in raw ingredient preparation, menu item preparation and guest service.

You may be required to frequently stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, read, talk and hear. You will occasionally have to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and use hands to finger, handle or feel and lift up to 45 pounds.

Some examples of daily duties include Pizza preparation, dough preparation, routine cleanings, dishwashing, order taking, cashier. Crew members are expected to manage and perform multiple tasks and able to work effectively within a team environment. Some job duties have limitations relative to age.
