Responsibilities

• Engage customers by delivering the highest level of customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wash packages and promotions.
• Explain and recommend Loyalty and Rewards programs to customers.
• Safely operate car wash equipment and support customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to stand long periods, lift up to 50lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work outdoors in seasonal weather.
• Minimum age 16 and able to pass background screening.
