Bluemont Group is seeking a part-time Crew Member in Monterey, TN to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, and prepare items while maintaining a clean, efficient workplace. You’ll work with a friendly team across day and night shifts, supporting excellent guest experiences.

• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, counters, and dining areas
• Restock product and supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail
• Uphold Bluemont Group policies and standards

Salary Range: $12.00 To $15.00 Hourly

As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether you're serving coffee, preparing orders, or working the register, you’ll be part of a team that’s all about energy, positivity, and providing friendly service.

Job Duties:
