Bluemont Group's Dunkin’ location in Antioch, Nashville, TN is seeking a Crew Member to deliver great coffee and fast, friendly service.

You will greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages, operate the POS, and keep workstations clean while upholding brand standards.

Formación

• Comfortable in a fast-paced food service setting.
• Foodservice experience is a plus but not required.

Salary Range: $12.00 To $15.00 Hourly

As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether you're serving coffee, preparing orders, or working the register, you’ll be part of a team that’s all about energy, positivity, and providing friendly service.

Job Duties:

• Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to brand standards
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, counters, and dining areas
• Restock product and supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail
• Uphold Dunkin’ and Bluemont Group policies and standards

Shift Availability:

• 8-hour shifts
• 10-hour shifts
