Bluemont Group is hiring a Crew Member in East Maryville, TN. You will be part of a team delivering friendly service, taking orders, preparing beverages and food, and handling the register at the Dunkin location.

Join a fast-paced team with 8–10 hour shifts, day and night options, and weekday/weekend availability. Prior food service is a plus but not required; strong communication is essential.

• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail.
• Uphold Bluemont Group policies and standards.

Salary Range: $12.00 To $15.00 Hourly

As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether you're serving coffee, preparing orders, or working the register, you’ll be part of a team that’s all about energy, positivity, and providing friendly service.
