Are you the Crew Member we're looking for?

Position Overview: At Longboards Pizza and Big Wave Yogurt, all Crew Members are trained for all functions of the restaurant. Our Crew is truly a team working for a common goal of the highest guest satisfaction. Work closely with the management team to ensure effective and efficient daily and long-term operations, manage costs, increase sales, and support growth in the market.

Requirements for the position:

Immaculate personal presentation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with our guests.

Maintain a humble attitude for personal development and growth.

Meticulous eye for detail

Confident and outgoing personality and an ability to interact with people at all levels.

Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment.

Work in a confined, crowded space of variable light, noise, and temperature levels

Move and lift 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift 50 pounds.

Stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces.
