Job summary

Claudine Kitchen & Bakeshop in Los Angeles is seeking a Front-of-House Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience, assist with menu explanations, take orders, and support the kitchen and service teams.

You will work in a fast-paced, breakfast- and lunch-focused environment, delivering attentive hospitality, handling payments, and keeping dining areas clean and organized while staying flexible and coachable.

Claudine Kitchen & Bakeshop is a busy, chef-driven breakfast and lunch restaurant committed to excellent food and genuine hospitality. Our Front-of-House Team Members create a welcoming guest experience while working closely with our kitchen, bakery and leadership teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequently bend, reach, twist, stoop, squat and crouch
• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Use hands to operate a point-of-sale system, process payments, prepare and carry food and beverages, bus dishes and complete cleaning tasks
• See, hear and communicate sufficiently to safely and accurately perform assigned responsibilities
• Understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Read and accurately enter menu, order and payment information
• Perform basic calculations and handle payments accurately
• Maintain attention, recall information and organize multiple priorities

SCHEDULE

Applicants must be available to work the shifts required for the position, which may include weekends and holidays. Claudine Kitchen & Bakeshop is primarily open for breakfast and lunch.

COMPENSATION
