Job Responsibilities:

• - Welcome customers, take their orders, and accurately process cash and credit transaction with a friendly demeanor.
• - Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• - Prepare ingredients and assemble items for cooking, operating kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens) to cook menu items in line with company standards and recipes.
• - Ensure all food items are prepared and served to the highest quality standards, tasting and adjusting seasoning as needed.
• - Keep work areas clean and organized, including proper food storage and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• - Assist with inventory management by receiving and organizing stock while checking for freshness and proper rotation.
• - Work effectively with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
