Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Leander, TX is seeking a Crew Leader to help run daily operations in our fast-paced cafe. You will oversee shift duties, ensure friendly, efficient service, and support the team to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities include taking orders on the POS, making smoothies and food, prepping with accurate measurements, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness while multitasking. Generous employee discounts and a customer-focused culture await.

Qualifications

• 16 years or older to apply.

This location requires you to be 16 years or older to apply. Shift leads must have a minimum of 1-2 years of shift lead/ management experience.

Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with crew.
