Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is hiring a Crew Leader to deliver outstanding hospitality while preparing smoothies and food in a fast-paced setting. You will take orders, operate the POS, and work with the team to maintain quality and speed.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, reliable transportation, and the ability to multitask while ensuring clean, accurate prep and stock levels. Generous employee discounts are offered.
