Fourteen Foods is seeking a Dairy Queen Restaurant Team Member in Hattiesburg, MS to deliver superior customer service and fast, accurate product preparation in a clean, safe environment. You will help meet guests’ expectations while upholding high standards of quality and consistency.

• No prior work experience required.
• Basic math skills to operate the cash register, count change and balance cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location (English may be essential).

A Dairy QueenRestaurant Team Memberis responsible for providing superior customer service and products quickly, accurately and safely according to standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen. Your goal is to meet or exceed each Guest’s expectations on every visit in the areas of quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency.Team Membersdemonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care and concerntowards guests and co-workers alike throughout the course of completing all assigned tasks.

Team Member Experience & Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience required.
• Math skills needed to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
