Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Dairy Queen Restaurant Team Member in Crestwood, KY. You will deliver friendly, fast, and safe service while preparing quality products according to brand standards.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, and working with teammates to ensure a positive dining experience for every guest. No previous experience required; ages 16+ are welcome.

Position Overview:

A Dairy QueenRestaurant Team Memberis responsible for providing superior customer service and products quickly, accurately and safely according to standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen. Your goal is to meet or exceed each Guest’s expectations on every visit in the areas of quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency.Team Membersdemonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care and concerntowards guests and co-workers alike throughout the course of completing all assigned tasks.

Team Member Experience & Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience required.
• Math skills needed to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
