Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Crew Member to join our restaurant team. You will prepare high quality products by following our recipes and procedures, serve customers, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment.

You will also demonstrate proper image and conduct as outlined in the employee handbook, while supporting the shifts and management with daily tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to serve customers per standards and follow shop procedures.
• Capacity to follow recipes and station procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers according to the Ten Customer Service Standards, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the Telephone and Front Counter procedures.
• Prepares high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures.
• Displays the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars employee handbook.
• Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas to maintain restaurant image standards.
• Practices safety and security procedures as defined in the Employee Handbook and as required by government agencies.
• Follows Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as directed by management.

The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs his or her job responsibilities in such a way that all products the Crew Member makes are of high quality and the customers the Crew Member serves are satisfied.

The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands so please discuss the job responsibilities with the Owner and/or his/her designee. He/She/They will review the essential job functions, which are normally defined as the fundamental activities conducted on a daily or regular basis that will affect the success of the restaurant.

• Prepares high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars® recipes, specifications and procedures as described in the CARDS materials, cashier certification program and as shown on the station job helpers
• Displays the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars employee handbook and/or as directed by the management staff
• Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image as outlined in the Little Caesars employee handbook
• Practices safety and security procedures as defined in the Little Caesars Employee Handbook and recommended or required by government agencies
• Follows Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook and as directed by management
