Job description

The Fairfield is currently seeking Operations Assistants to help set up and tear down before and after concerts and manage the flow of our guests during concerts and events. In this position you will:

• Assist the Operations Manager in setting up & breaking down tables, chairs, barricades, parking signs and barriers for concerts and events
• Utilize your friendly personality to politely assist customers with parking and flow, directing traffic and customers to designated entrances and parking areas
• Will be required to work outdoors in all types of weather, year-round (sun, wind, rain, snow, etc. We provide appropriate inclement weather gear.)
• Work a part time, events-driven schedule, primarily afternoon and evening hours, including weekends
• Will be required to lift up to 50# frequently as well as constant standing and walking up to 8 hours
• Maintain Facilities cleanliness and sanitation practices.
