Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC dba Sky Zone is seeking part-time Crew Members to support multiple park departments, including Court Monitor, Café, Party Host, Front Desk and Membership Sales. You will interact with guests, promote safety, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere in a high-energy environment.

Sky Zone Crew Members are part‑time associates who gain experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, effective communication, and more. This role offers opportunities in Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales.

Responsibilities

All Crew Member stations require working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. Employees must provide a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in a high‑volume, customer‑facing role (e.g., entertainment, retail, service, fitness) is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience considered a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Compensation starts at $11.00/hr and may rise to $12.00/hr based on qualifications and experience.
