Cheba Hut Fort Collins – Harmony is seeking a Crew Member to craft great food and deliver authentic interactions while keeping the front of house running smoothly. You’ll follow SOPs, support a fast-paced team, and bring Cheba Hut’s Toasted vibe to life on every shift.

Weekend availability is required, and prior restaurant or customer service experience is welcome but not mandatory. Join a culture hewing to care, speed, and consistency in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Food handling certification required; we help you certify if needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs.
• Comfortable embracing Cheba Hut's playful, non-traditional "Toasted" atmosphere.
• Must have weekend availability.

As a Crew Member, you'll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You'll Own:

• Guest Experience & Interaction

• Clean as you go - never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:
