As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for understanding daily operations and tasks as well as Jersey Mike's Subs' highest-level of sub making and customer engagement. Your role is very important as part of the crew. Your commitment to learn about Jersey Mike's and meet our standards will ensure your success behind the line.

• Proper procedure for making subs
• Know & practice 7 Principles of Success
• Top-notch customer engagement (this is a level above service)
• Assist in food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15-18 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40+ hours per week
