Job Description

Overview: I Heart Mac & Cheese is a fast-casual concept restaurant focused on great quality food and guest satisfaction. In this fast-paced atmosphere, teamwork is essential in production and overall operations of the restaurant. This award-winning concept provides guests with enhanced comfort food favorites in a family-oriented atmosphere.

Objective/Purpose: An IHMAC employee will provide each guest with excellent customer service and attention to detail. A strong knowledge of the menu is essential in daily restaurant functions. The ability to walk guests through the ordering process and upsell add-on items is a primary focus. Employees will perform all roles including cashier, expo, line building, dishwasher, and food preparation.

Employees are responsible for performing each assigned role, maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness, engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction, and leaving guests happy and eager to return.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities: Follow each responsibility according to the assigned role, deliver enthusiastic and friendly customer service, have menu knowledge of all signature items, ensure order accuracy, handle payment transactions, prepare food items, and wash dishes and wipe tables after each guest.
