Excellent communication skills are essential to helping us provide customers with an outstanding dining experience. Individuals must also be able to follow instructions, be willing to learn, and be a hardworking member of our valued team.

Crew Member Job Description:

This position requires physical work such as lifting, squatting, and standing for long periods of time. Essential job duties are defined as the fundamental activities conducted on a daily or regular basis that affect the success of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing high-quality product by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures.
• Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain restaurant standards.
• Follow safety and security procedures as defined in the Little Caesars training program and other government agencies.
• Follow Little Caesars' policies, procedures, and standards of conduct

Team Member Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to express a positive attitude towards others
• The ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds.
• The ability to reach and move items from as high as six feet and as low as six inches off the ground.
• The ability to communicate to customers and co-workers (i.e., reading, speaking, hearing, writing).
• The ability to understand directions and product specifications.
• Willingness to cross train and operate surrounding stations as needed.
