Crew Member Job Description

Crew members are a vital part of the family and assist the management staff in running the restaurant efficiently. Candidates must manage all transactions with customers accurately while exemplifying the professional standards set forth by Little Caesars. They should interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, provide assistance when required, follow instructions, be willing to learn, and work hard as part of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing high‑quality product by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures.
• Cleaning and organizing work stations and other assigned areas to maintain the standards for restaurant image.
• Practicing safety and security procedures as defined in the Little Caesars Colleague Orientation and Training Handbook and by government agencies.
• Following Little Caesars’ policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.

Requirements
