Job summary

Cinnabon is seeking a Crew Member to join the team in California (Commerce). The ideal candidate is positive, energetic, reliable, and a true team player ready to work in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare food, drinks and bag orders, handle cash, assist customers, and support opening and closing procedures.

Must be able to work holidays and weekends and lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent customer service is valued, as is professionalism and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work long hours, including holidays and weekends.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare food, drinks, and bag orders.
• Exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers.
• Accurately operate cash registers in accordance with Cash Register Procedures.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures at opening and/or closing as directed by person in charge of shift.
• Comply with all Cinnabon's policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations regarding mixers and ovens, e.g., safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-Know, EEO, ADA, et al.
• Perform all essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines established by Cinnabon. and other duties as directed by Manager or Supervisor

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Previous Cash Handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to occasionally work long hours.
• Must be able to work Holidays and Weekends.
• Must be able to test products by taste, color, and smell.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
