Cinnabon in Orland Park, IL is hiring a Team Member to bring joy through friendly service, fresh-baked treats, and guest smiles. Earn $17.00 per hour while working in a fast-paced bakery.

You’ll greet guests, bake and serve products to standard, operate the register, keep the shop clean, and support teammates to meet store goals. Must be at least 18, reliable, with flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Demonstrated commitment to punctuality, including arriving on time, prepared, and ready to begin work at the scheduled start of each shift
• Dependable attendance record with the ability to consistently meet scheduled shifts
• Ability to proactively communicate scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or absences in accordance with company policies
• Strong work ethic and commitment to being dependable, accountable, and team-oriented
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and brand standards
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• Previous food service, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and guest service skills
• Basic math skills and confidence using point-of-sale systems
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout a shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments, including around ovens, prep areas, and walk-in coolers
• Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems
• Demonstrates honesty, integrity, accountability, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow
