Position Overview: In this lively support role, the Crew Member champions Papa Murphy's commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:

1. Showcasing organization skills by prioritizing and completing tasks essential for store operations.
2. Adhering strictly to sanitation, food safety, and safety standards.
3. Fostering a welcoming environment where every guest feels valued, all areas are neat, and pizzas are of the highest quality.

Front of House

1. Master all stations, including pizza preparation, handling transactions, and making menu suggestions to enhance guest experience.
2. Promote specials, add-on sales, loyalty, and other programs to guests.
3. Demonstrate care for the community by opening doors or carrying pizzas out to guests' cars.
4. Follow proper transaction procedures for all payment methods.

Back of House

1. Operate and clean all equipment according to Papa Murphy's standards.
2. Follow procedures for making, prepping, storing, and rotating products to ensure quality.
3. Perform duties of runner or dish person as needed.

Foundations Of Your Career

2. Ability to build positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests.
3. Knowledge of food safety is preferred; a food handler's card or ServeSafe certification is a plus but not required.

Other Requirements

1. Ability to stand and walk regularly; use hands for handling; reach with arms.
2. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
3. Perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables, sweeping, and mopping.
4. Lift and move up to 30 pounds.
5. Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
